  •  Keep the following supplies handy to start packing your personal miscellaneous such as: boxes, bubble wrap, tissue, tape, and scissors.
  •  When packing a box, place heavier items on the bottom and keep an inventory of what’s inside of each box. Avoid loading more than 60 pounds into one box.
  •  It is important that you call at least with one week in advance to guarantee your pick –up day.
  •  Make sure you keep important documents such as birth certificates, Property documents (deeds), diplomas, records and others with you.
  •  To protect your belongings and avoid accidents, all motorized products such as lawn mowers and other applicable machinery, must be drained of gasoline and oil.
  •  Appliances such as washer, dryers and refrigerators must be disconnected and serviced before they are moved.
  •  All personal items of high value such as jewelry are best carried with you when traveling to your new residence.
  •  When you are ready for pick-up, make sure you give the correct pick-up and delivery physical address. Is important to indicate whether there will be easy access or not before the truck drivers arrive at your residence. Also, please provide more than one phone number in case we are not able to reach you. 
  •  Make sure to keep your inventory list handy during delivery. If you are designating another person to receive your household goods, make sure this person receives a copy of the inventory to verify that entire shipment has been received and it is in the same condition.
